Education Background 

Masereka Godmass holds a Second Class Upper Honors Degree in Arts Social Sciences (Major-Political Science International Relations and Minor-Geography) of Makerere University Kampala 2017-2021. With Strong knowledge in Monitoring and Evaluation practices, Integrity, Trustworthiness, Professionalism, Responsible, Accountable, Self-motivation, Teamwork and Confidence with experience and exposure in Civil Society work, NGOs, companies and field related activities with skillful use of data analysis tools such as SPSS and EXCEL, Webex, Salesforce and SurveyCTO. I have a country experience of Ugandan regions that is to say I have been to Central, Northern, Eastern and western Uganda for work related duties. I have exhibited ability to proactively undertake research activities in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I speak English, Lhukonzo, Luganda and I can hear all Bantu languages.

I attended Kilembe Senior Secondary School for UACE with HEG/ICT 2015-16,
 attended Rwenzori Christian Vocational Secondary School in O'level 2011-14 and Buhaghura Primary School 2003-2010 in Kasese District. Godmass Masereka is a resident of Rukoki sub-county, Buhaghura Parish, kathooma village - Kabuyiiri T/C. 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

MASEREKA GODMASS currently works at;

  1. Managed loan support operations through a combination of call centre services using SurveyCTO, field activities, and data management functions.
  2. Conducted client follow-ups and borrower engagement to support timely loan repayments and improve customer relationships.
  3. Performed accurate data entry and maintenance of loan records, customer profiles, and repayment information in organizational databases.
  4. Supported loan processing activities including customer onboarding, verification, and documentation review.
  5. Coordinated field visits to monitor client activities, verify information, and strengthen loan recovery efforts.
  6. Responded to customer inquiries and provided guidance on loan procedures, repayment schedules, and related services.
  7. Maintained confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive financial and customer information.
  8. Collaborated with team members to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth workflow between office and field operations.
  9. Assisted in tracking loan performance and preparing routine reports for management review.

AFRICAN CLEAN ENERGY UGANDA: March/2025 to September/2026 as a Customer Relations Officer.

·Data entry and analysis for lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board of Uganda about how it has been performing from 2021 to 2024

·Data Analysis using EXCEL and SPSS for the Nine provinces of Afghanistan about Women and Children’s access to justice

Previously, from 2023-2024, He worked as a Trade Development Representative at Interswitch East Africa Uganda Ltd and performed the following duties; Know Your Customer (KYC) Collection for compliancy of agents, Agent management, Recruitment and customer care experience and relations, Retention on the system, Float Distributor and rebalance transactions supervision for agent value and revenue raising, Agent Activation and Visits. 

 

From 2021-2023, He acted as a Business support partner at Interswitch East Africa Uganda Ltd and performed the following duties; Agent management on issues of transaction failures, app errors and this acquainted me with stress and emotional intelligence management skills, Agent recruitment in the field across Uganda and this exposed me to people of different levels and how to handle them, Coordinated and trained new sales people and agents on recruitment of new agents and how the application products and services work which made me to acquire people's management skills, Documented daily and weekly team reports and team meeting minutes and this acquainted me with reporting skills, Collected know your customer (KYC) details which exercise acquainted me with agent management skills, Participated in anti-money laundering, Fraud and compliance workshops and trainings across the country which supported me with knowledge in fraud management and the essence of compliancy

From 2021-2023 acted as Secretary procurement and welfare at Youth After School Initiative Organization and did the following roles; 

Mobilised and Documented success stories from different HUBS of Wakiso district who are beneficiaries of HEIFER International under the program East Africa Youth Inclusion Project (EAYIP) and this gave me a skill in documenting success stories.

 Recorded the inflow and outflow of resources at office and this gave me record management skills.

Customer care and sales representative at ChapChap Africa Ltd from 2019-2021 

Received and supported agents on mobile money issues and this acquainted me with due diligence skills and customer care experience

• Recruited and managed agents across the country on issues of transactions this exposed me to emotional intelligence and people's management skills

• Trained and supervised fellow staff in the field operations and this made me to have ability to manage stress.

Voluntarism at Youth After School Initiative Organization from 2019-2021

• Collected, analysed and Recorded data of CSOs across the four regions of Uganda for Development Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations (DENIVA) a partner of GIZ and which work was done by YASI. This acquainted me with data collection, analysis and archiving skill.

 Attended and documented reports for dialogues and workshops that were held in Wakiso district and other areas and this acquainted me with reporting skills

Internship at Youth After School Initiative Organization (YASI) for a period of three (3) months

Internship for 3 months

• Documented meeting minutes, weekly reports and field activities reports and this exposed me to computer applications and acquired Microsoft office skills

Office arrangement like receiving office calls, and managing daily record books like visitors' book, staff attendance book, report book and minute book and acquired record keeping skills

 Checklist management during field activities, managed pull-up banners, took activity based photos and videos for example during the 2019 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) inaugural sports gala organized by YASI at Kyambogo University Kampala. This exposed me to CSOs work and how they relate

• Distributed resource mobilization letters to its partners and the public, mobilized the youths to get livelihood funds, and this acquainted me with people's management skills

• Marketing and advertising YASI using its social media platforms, door-to-door and using fliers.

Mobilized and recorded books from exhibitions to YASI resource center and this acquainted me with accountability skills.

Language skills

English language with excellent written and spoken skills

Luganda, Rutooro, Runyankole, Lhukonzo, Kiswahili among other Bantu languages are heard and spoken with basics.
